Student & Graduate Visas

TEMPORARY GRADUATE VISA Post – Higher Education Work Stream

The ‘Post-Higher Education Work’ stream of the Temporary Graduate visa is for international students who have graduated within the last 6 months with a bachelor’s, master’s, or doctoral degree from a CRICOS-registered institution in Australia. The visa duration ranges from 2 to 4 years, depending on the qualification. Applicants holding a Hong Kong or British National Overseas (BNOS) passport, or those who have completed a PhD or a Master’s Degree by Research, can apply for this visa if they are under 50. All other applicants must be 35 or younger at the time of application. Graduates from regional campuses (outside Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Gold Coast, and Perth) who have lived in a regional area while holding an initial Temporary Graduate visa may be eligible for a one-year visa extension.

TEMPORARY GRADUATE VISA-  post Vocational Education Work Stream

The ‘Post-Vocational Education Work’ stream of the Temporary Graduate visa is designed for international students who have graduated with a vocational level qualification and an occupation which is on the Medium Long Term Skills Shortage List (MLTSSL).

Applicants for this visa must be 35 years old or younger; unless they hold a Hong Kong or British National Overseas (BNOS) passport; in which case they can apply before their 50th birthday. The visa is typically granted for 18 months. Applicants must be recent graduates, meeting specific study requirements.

STUDENT VISA SUBCLASS 500

If you’re looking to study in Australia, the subclass 500 student visa is your go-to option. This visa allows you to stay for up to 5 years, depending on your course duration, and lets your family members stay with you. To be eligible, you’ll need to be enrolled in an Australian course and have Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC). You’ll also need to show that you’re a genuine temporary entrant.  Our education team can help with both the visa application and, in some cases, course enrolment.

STUDENT GUARDIAN VISA SUBCLASS 590

Applicants must be over 21 years old, and the student’s parent, custodian or relative.  If you wish to apply for this visa, you will need to have enough money to support both yourself and the student throughout your stay. You must be able to provide accommodation, welfare and other support.  You are able to apply either inside or outside Australia, although there are certain visas you cannot hold if you are to apply from within the Country. We can arrange education placements around Australia for overseas students.
